Refund Policy

Effective 12 August 2026 · Last updated 12 August 2026

Plain-English summary. Nothing is charged until you have seen real frames from your own scene and the exact price. After that, two rules cover almost everything: if we are late, you get your money back and keep the frames, and if we break something, you get your money back. We refund, we do not hand out credit you can only spend with us.

1. Before you pay, there is nothing to refund

Checking your scene, rendering the sample frames and quoting the price are free. No card is required to get that far. If the samples look wrong, walk away — you owe nothing and the file is deleted within 24 hours.

This is deliberate. Most disputes at render farms happen because people pay before they see anything. We would rather lose the sale than take money for a render you did not want.

2. We miss the deadline → full refund

Every paid job carries a delivery time, stated before you pay. If the last frame lands later than that time, you get 100 % of your money back, automatically, and you keep every frame we produced.

You do not need to ask, argue or prove anything. We measure it, and we would rather lose the money than your deadline.

The clock starts when your payment is confirmed and stops when the last frame is available for download. It does not run while we are waiting for something from you.

3. Something breaks on our side → full refund

If the job fails, delivers corrupted or incomplete frames, or we cannot finish it for any reason of ours, you get a full refund. If you would rather we tried again, say so and we will run it again at no charge — your choice, not ours.

If we break something, we will tell you. You will not have to notice it yourself.

4. The frames are right but you changed your mind

Rendering is work performed on request and consumed the moment it is done — the GPUs were rented and paid for. Once frames are correctly delivered we do not refund a change of mind. This is why the sample frames exist and why they are free.

If you are an EU consumer, note that by accepting the quote and asking us to start you are requesting immediate performance of a digital service and acknowledging that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the render is complete. Before it completes, you can cancel and pay only for what has already been rendered.

5. The render came out wrong because of the scene

If the frames match your scene and your settings but not what you pictured — wrong camera, wrong materials, a light you forgot — that is not something a refund can fix, and the sample frames were there to catch it.

That said: if the samples looked right and the final frames do not, that is our problem, not yours. Section 3 applies.

6. Partial refunds

SituationWhat you get
Delivered lateEverything back, frames are yours
Job failed entirelyEverything back
Some frames failed and cannot be recoveredBack in proportion to what is missing, plus a re-run of those frames free if you want it
You cancelled mid-renderBack, minus the frames already rendered
Frames delivered on time and correctNo refund — see section 4

7. How to ask, and how long it takes

Write to [email protected] with your job link. We answer within one working day and usually much sooner.

Refunds are issued by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record, back to the original payment method. They typically arrive within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. We do not offer store credit as a substitute for a refund.

8. Chargebacks

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback, and there is no case where we would refuse one that this policy grants.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits the rights you have under Czech or EU consumer law. If this policy and the law disagree, the law wins.
