Checking your scene, rendering the sample frames and quoting the price are free. No card is required to get that far. If the samples look wrong, walk away — you owe nothing and the file is deleted within 24 hours.
This is deliberate. Most disputes at render farms happen because people pay before they see anything. We would rather lose the sale than take money for a render you did not want.
Every quote carries a delivery time. It comes from measuring your actual scene on our actual hardware, so it is a real number rather than a marketing one — but it is an estimate, not a guarantee, and running late is not by itself grounds for a refund.
What can push it out: the GPU market runs short of free cards, a rented machine dies mid-job and its frames have to be re-rendered, or your scene turns out to be heavier in places than the sample frames suggested.
If we are running late we will tell you rather than let you wonder, and if the delay is going to be serious you can cancel and pay only for the frames already rendered.
If the job fails, delivers corrupted or incomplete frames, or we cannot finish it for any reason of ours, you get a full refund. If you would rather we tried again, say so and we will run it again at no charge — your choice, not ours.
If we break something, we will tell you. You will not have to notice it yourself.
Rendering is work performed on request and consumed the moment it is done — the GPUs were rented and paid for. Once frames are correctly delivered we do not refund a change of mind. This is why the sample frames exist and why they are free.
If you are an EU consumer, note that by accepting the quote and asking us to start you are requesting immediate performance of a digital service and acknowledging that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the render is complete. Before it completes, you can cancel and pay only for what has already been rendered.
If the frames match your scene and your settings but not what you pictured — wrong camera, wrong materials, a light you forgot — that is not something a refund can fix, and the sample frames were there to catch it.
That said: if the samples looked right and the final frames do not, that is our problem, not yours. Section 3 applies.
| Situation | What you get |
|---|---|
| Delivered later than estimated | No refund on its own — but you can cancel while it runs and pay only for finished frames |
| Job failed entirely | Everything back |
| Some frames failed and cannot be recovered | Back in proportion to what is missing, plus a re-run of those frames free if you want it |
| You cancelled mid-render | Back, minus the frames already rendered |
| Frames delivered on time and correct | No refund — see section 4 |
Write to [email protected] with your job link. We answer within one working day and usually much sooner.
Refunds are issued by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record, back to the original payment method. They typically arrive within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. We do not offer store credit as a substitute for a refund.
Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback, and there is no case where we would refuse one that this policy grants.
Nothing here limits the rights you have under Czech or EU consumer law. If this policy and the law disagree, the law wins.
